The Dessert Nacho's recipe offer the taste buds an array of delicious flavours. The saltiness and crunchiness of the chips complements the chocolate marshmellows and peanut butter.

85g / 1/3 cup of peanut butter.
15g / 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar.
85g / 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
65g / 2 1/2 cup mini round tortillas or ground cornchips.
10g / 1/4 cup miniature marshmellows.
20g / 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut.
1. Preheat ovens broiler (or grill) to 200 C
2. Combine the peanut butter and confectioners' sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the mixture until the peanut butter melts, about 1 minute. Place the chocolate chips in a separate microwave-safe bowl; melt the chips in the microwave, about 1 minute.
3. Arrange ground cornchips or round tortillas into an even layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle peanut butter mixture and melted chocolate over the chips. Scatter the marshmellows and coconut over the chips.
4. Place under broiler (or in preheated oven) until marshmellows begin to brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot.
