Quick n easy Italian nachos

1 X 300g bag of tortilla or plain corn chips.
570g of shredded Monteray Jack cheese
230g of Alfredo Sauce
1-1/4 small red onion, diced

20g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

95g chopped pepperoncini
40g pitted Kalamata olives, chopped

1. Arrange the tortilla/cornchips on a large, microwave safe platter. Scatter the cheese over the chips; drizzle with alfredo sauce.

2. Heat in microwave until the cheese has melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Top nachos with onion, tomato, pepperoncini, and olives to serve.
